Hi, I’m Sa’adatu Umar Ibrahim—a first class graduate of Environmental Management Technology, a science communicator, green lifestyle advocate, and unapologetic lover of truth, community, and soulful sustainability.

I started GreeenBlogs while I was in 200 level in the university not as an expert shouting from the top, but as a real person navigating the climate crisis from the ground up.

I'm based in Bauchi State Nigeria where climate change isn’t a headline—it’s a lived reality. Floods, plastic waste, food insecurity they’re here. They’re now. And they’re ours to fix.

This blog is rooted in place. I focus on issues that affect our streets, our homes, and our communities—especially in Africa, where environmental solutions are often imported without context.

I believe we already hold many of the answers. We just need platforms to amplify them.

I'm not perfect—and I don’t expect you to be either. I started the #GreenWithMe campaign to share the imperfect parts of my journey: the experiments, the failures, and the small but mighty wins.

E-waste, a short form for the word Electronic waste, electronic devices and appliances that have reached their end of use and are disposed. The pressures humanity has been placing on the environment have put Earth’s stability at risk. A new study shifts focus to the future, exploring whether ambitious but technically feasible policies could change our trajectory. The study made use of an Integrated Model to Assess the Global Environment (IMAGE), which describes future human development and the possible impacts on the global environment. The model projected outcomes for eight of the nine planetary boundaries under different future scenarios, including those with strong environmental policy action. Your Urine Can be a Solution the World's Energy Challenges.
